If the Prize is a holiday or event:
(i) The Prize will not include travel insurance.

(ii) The Winner will be responsible for making sure that they, and any person other travelling with them, are available to travel, hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents, for the holiday in question on the travel dates specified. 

(iii)  The prize has been booked with a tour operator through an external travel advisor (Unwind Away Ltd, a franchise of Hays Travel).  The winner will be asked to contact the travel advisor to provide the personal details of the travellers for booking the holiday with the tour operator within a week of the competition ending.
